What’s the difference between a regular laser and a cold laser?

A laser pointer is a laser but has no health benefit. The wavelength of the laser gives importance to the laser light because some wavelengths are beneficial and some are not. The wavelength and the power behind it determine the depth of penetration into the body.

Install Your Therapy Light

Step 1

Lay all of the included hardware, including your LED, on a padded surface. Next, screw in the threaded posts to the top of the device and hand-tighten with the included Allen Wrench. Then, screw the cable supports to the threaded posts.

Step 2

Hang the included custom hook on any standard-sized door.

Step 3

Connect the cable supports to the snap link attached to the height adjusting system. Then, connect the snap link on the opposite end directly to the hook.

Step 4

To raise your LED to your desired height, pull down the loose cable while supporting the device with your opposite hand.

I have been using this panel almost every day for almost a month. I built a stand so I can use it when I’m watching TV on my couch. I start at my feet 10-15 mins to my knees moving it all the way up on my body. Joint pain gone! I don’t even have any more clicking noise in my knee joints. I have been using the QI LITE Red Light Therapy Panel for almost a month now and it is doing the job well in treating my shoulder pain and is holding up w/o any functional problems. Very good value for the item. The product can easily be hung up for use, and it is light weight but powerful. You do feel recharged after using it. It helps with seasonal depression and boosting your immune system. Everyone should own one.

I initially wanted to use it for skin improvement, but never really did it. Instead, I ended up injuring my back. Pulled a ligament. It was very painful and I tried everything with some success. But nothing helped as much as this red light panel did. At first I needed a prescription just to get walking. But after that the healing was slow. So this unit really speeds up the process. I also saw it work when I strained my arm. It ached so much it kept waking me up all night. The next morning I used this for 30 minutes and it was fine afterward. Totally worth the money.

This red light panel has been very useful for me. I use it for overall body aches and pains. I use it on the bottom of my feet, my lower and upper back and on the abdomen and chest. It’s warming relief, but not too hot. It is a lightweight device and the company is very responsive. Great customer service. I find that when I use the light panel at night it seems to help me sleep better. It has a calming effect. I feel as if it helps blood circulation and is a good overall value. As a massage therapist, I think it would be useful to use in therapy sessions to warm the body for deeper tissue work.

This Red Light Therapy Panel has worked surprisingly well for some back pain that I used to have. I haven't noticed any side effects either. If you want to verify the infrared lights are working, the easiest way to check is to use a cell phone camera and use it to view the lights operating because the camera will make it visible on the screen.

I have been using this red light therapy panel for just under a month, for about 20 minutes every day. I am 50 years old and I don't like wrinkles! So I tried this panel and after less than a month I can see a reduction in my wrinkles. I am a believer! I also consulted with my dermatologist and she says that red light, LED does work on wrinkles, it just takes time and patience. I will be buying it as a gift for a friend.
